50/50 Porcelain/wola. glaze

This is my wonder glaze for 1220c. It has a soft satin shine that is not harsh at all. There is a trick to it!!!. You have to first go out and buy a block of low temp. porcelain clay. (1250c not 1300c ) Cut it up and dry. Then make a mix of 50 % of the dry porcelain and 50 % Wollastonite, by weight. Blend it up well and use. Put it on real thick and it gives the best small crackle. Also looks good with a hint of a color oxide in. Normal soak time i use is 35 min.
